VizRivo was founded by Ray Keenan, a certified irrigation contractor with decades of horticulture and irrigation experience across Hawaii, California, Arizona, and Florida. His career began at Wailea Point on Maui and later expanded into managing large properties and hotel landscapes on the Big Island.
With VizRivo, Ray brings that expertise to the communities where it matters most—Hawaii’s large HOAs. His passion lies in helping board members and property managers reduce operating costs, improve water efficiency, and protect the islands’ most valuable resource.

VizRivo redesigned and installed all new irrigation for the entire park. I continue to work with the park every weekend sharing my experience to expand the Native Hawaiian Plants at the park.
VizRivo redesigned and installed a two zone system for the small garden in Waikoloa. I swing by weekly to check on Native Hawaiian plants in the garden. We are working to add more native plants.
I love participating in initiatives to conserve water and to protect native plants and animals, ensuring Hawaii’s natural beauty thrives for future generations. Wailea Point is where I began my career.
